Pallanguzhi Spice Box Launched by Honourable Minister of Cooperation, Ports & Devaswam Shri V N Vasavan. Handed over the box to Shri Koliyacode Krishnan Nair Read in Manorama news

 

Following are the spices kept in order :

1. Cashew W240 – Premium whole cashew kernels known for their rich taste, uniform size, and creamy texture.
2. Rose Petals – Naturally dried, fragrant rose petals used for flavoring, garnishing, and wellness preparations.

3. Black Cardamom – Aromatic pods with a smoky flavor, ideal for enhancing savory dishes and spice blends.

4. Kerala Cloves – High-quality cloves with strong aroma and bold flavor, sourced from the spice-rich regions of Kerala.

5. Star Anise – Star-shaped spice with a sweet, licorice-like flavor, commonly used in curries and masalas.

6. Black Pepper – Bold and pungent spice known as the “King of Spices,” prized for its heat and aroma.

7. Cardamom 8 mm – Large, premium green cardamom pods offering intense aroma and superior flavor.

8. Kalpasi – Traditional dried flower pods used to impart earthy aroma and depth to South Indian dishes.

9. Cinnamon Stick – Naturally rolled bark with warm, sweet notes, ideal for cooking and beverages.
